Dear Brindle Upholstery and Staff,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and you staff for the fabulous workmanship on my couch, loveseat,  (2) queen ann chairs and (6) dining room chairs I had delivered on Saturday, Feb., 28, 2009.

I started out actually using another local Upholstery Company and was completely livid when the (6) dining room chairs came back with several problems. Knowing these chairs were the most simple of all the pieces I needed done I knew I had to pull my other pieces out of this shop and go elsewhere.  I frantically looked on line and found several upholstery companies, Brindles being one of them. I called their  shop and an employee / salesman named Gary answered the phone and listened sympathetically to my problem.  He offered to meet me at my house that day and within (2) hours  he quoted a price to reupholster all my furniture and correct the problems with the dining room chairs, which were done elsewhere.

Gary was  fantastic from the get-go and it only got better as he invited me to visit their factory in Blawnox and see actual pieces of furniture before and after.  He also gave me random customers to call who recently had work done for references.  I called (3) of them who used words such as fabulous, wonderful and great, that’s all I needed to hear especially after what I had gone through previously.

I also want to add Brindles gave me a great price, they picked the furniture up when they said they would and actually had the work completed a week earlier than quoted.  Gary had called me twice during the work to go over a few questions to make sure he was doing everything I expected. The owner of Brindles is a young business man who  is absolutely charming not to mention all his staff loves working for him.

My furniture is absolutely gorgeous, every piece was so tailored the workmanship was “TO DIE FOR”. Also, these were difficult pieces of furniture with tufting and detailed welts everywhere.  I can’t express my complete gratitude for the “FANTASTIC JOB”.

Please feel free to use me as a reference and believe me “I’m probably the toughest customer you’ll ever work for”.  You certainly came through with flying colors.

Sincerely,

Judy Styslinger
